Breaking Down Barriers to Integration

The All Party Parliamentary Group on Social Integration

Welcome to the website for the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Social Integration.

The APPG on Social Integration is a cross-party group of parliamentarians that aims to drive forward a cross-party conversation on policy solutions that break down barriers to integration and create opportunities for people from all walks of life to connect with each other and build bonds of trust.

During and beyond the Covid pandemic, the work of the APPG for social integration will be more important than ever. Our focus will be on practical ideas for what can be done, not just by national and local government, but also by civic society, business and citizens to bring people closer together. I am looking forward to leading the group as we embark on our next inquiry and grow its membership.

Peter Gibson MP, Chair of the APPG on Social Integration.
